What is SteerMeUp?
SteerMeUp matches a Local Guide (live on-site) with a remote Director (Steerer) who gives real-time directions. The Director asks; the Guide shows—like an interactive live walk-through.
How does a session start and what do I need?
Pick a Local Guide, choose time & duration, and pay with SMU Tokens. You only need a phone or computer with stable internet and in-app chat/voice.
Where do sessions happen and how long do they last?
Guides define a walkable coverage radius (≈500 m–2 km) and available duration. The Director can adjust the route during the stream.

Refunds & cancellations, how do they work?
If a Guide no-shows or a session can’t start, you get a full refund; early technical failures may be pro-rated—exact terms appear at checkout.
How do I pay? What are SMU Tokens?
